The factory specs for a 2004 Honda vtx 1300 list the oil capacity at 3.9 quarts. Check the oil level to keep from overfilling.
yes. wet clutch.
There is no such thing as motorcycle or car oil. They are one in the same. They are both 4 cycle oils. They may be labeled motorcycle oil but they are the same as the oil used in cars. As long as you use the correct weight you are using the correct oil. I highly recommend you use a full synthetic oil in your air cooled 50 cc engine.
Each manufacture uses a special blend of oil in their automobile shocks. Unless you are talking about the front tubes on a motorcycle you cannot replace the oil. Refer to your owners manual for the correct oil to use in a motorcycle.
3 and 1/4 quarts
398cc per fork.
Every 16000 miles.
Just 20-50 synthetic?
Any major brand full synthetic of the correct weight.
AHHH! I was so excited, I thought there would be an answer :( I'm pretty sure it's just 10W30 Motorcycle oil (Has to be moto oil, the YZ80 has a wet clutch). If I find out I'll post the correct answer. AHHH! locate oil drain plug on engine sump pan, drain oil. remove filter, add a little oil to the gasket of new filter, install new filter, do not overtighten, usually, hand tight plus a third of a turn. put in new oil, filler cap will be a flush mount on top side of the lower tranmission case.
yes it will. use motorcycle oil only
