If its down to the "quick" (bleeding) trimming any sharp pieces of nail off and a daily antiseptic wash will do the trick. Try to limit walking on hard surfaces for a few days.
Seriosly... why would u ever do that????? You would do this if your dog has a split/cracked toenail or have been cut to short to expose the quick. Yes you can use superglue to mend the nail together or stop the bleeding. They do make specific styptic gel for this purpose as well. If you have cut the quick, or trim your dog's nails regularly, it's best to have this on hand. If your dog's nail is cracked, super glue it together to mend it.
You should clip your dogs nails only a little bit at a time. There is something called a "quick" in dog's nails. If you cut into the quick then the nail will start to bleed and it will have hurt the dog, to a point to that they dog won't let you clip their nails anymore. If you clip the nails a little bit say once a week, the quick will start to recede, making it safer to clip your dogs nails without hurting them.
I can think of three: Quick, the sensitive nerve inside a dog's nail Quiet, a command to stop barking Quinoa, one of the healthier grains for dogs
The quick which is that pink blood vessel in your dogs nail probably broke and there is now lots of bleeding. You can buy a quick stop at your local pet shop or simply use a cornstarch or flour and apply it to the nail to stop the bleeding.

Use Nail Polish remover.
You simply take cat nail clippers and clip it before the quick. The quick is the part on the nail that's pink. You want to make sure you don't cut this part, or it'll bleed, because usually a cats nail is white, so you can usually see a pink/red color on the nail. You would cut before the red/pick part(the quick).
