What is dubcore?

Dubcore can either be the merging of the genre Dubstep (And more recently brostep) and either of the two genres of metalcore or hardcore. Neither one is excedingly common as far as music goes, but they're both getting more attention, particularly in the metalcore fusion. Combining metalcore characteristics such as heavy Guitars and powerful drums which can be either acoustic or processed. It is arguable that one style of drum sounds better than the other, but each have their place in each different song.
