Whirlpool Duet front-load washer F02 usually means it is taking over 8 minutes for the washer to sense that the rinse or wash water has drained, which either means that the drain/filter is clogged or the pressure switch/tube is clogged (causing both the washer to over-fill with water and not sensing that water has drained). To clear out the drain/filter, tilt the washer backwards a little for easier to the kick-plate and support the front bottom with a wood block or similar, remove the front kick-plate's (3) retaining screws and swing the kick-plate up out of the way. The filter drain is behind the white knob in the center, be prepared with something to catch any remaining water and lots of towels to soak up any spills, and turn the knob counter-clockwise to remove the filter.

It costs between $20 and $50. To get the music off you MUST have the software, Apple doesn't let iTunes being new music in from iPods. This is free and requires no software downloads. One way to transfer music from an Ipod to a computer is using windows explorer to directly copy the files to the hard drive. Your iPod must have disk usage enabled. Go to 'Start->My Computer' and click on the drive whose name is the name of your iPod. Now, you can only view the songs on the iPod if you have enabled viewing of invisble files on your computer. To do this, click on 'Tools->Options' and click on the 'View' tab. Under where it says 'Advanced Settings' you should see something entitled 'Hidden Files and Folders.' Expand this and select the option 'Show Hidden Files and Folders.' Click on apply and close the dialog. Now, you should see a somewhat transparent folder called 'Ipod_Control.' Open this folder. You then should see a folder called 'Music.' Open this folder, and you will see a whole bunch of folders named 'F00', 'F01', 'F02... etc. These folders contain your music. Copy all of the folders and paste them into a folder on your hard drive, such as 'C:\Music.' Go back to iTunes and click on 'File->Add folder to Library.' Select the folder 'C:\Music.' After the processing is all done, all your songs should be back into your library. Copying the music folders to the hard drive could take a while depending on how much music you have, but patience is a virtue!
Why is your Whirlpool Duet Washer not Draining?
Typically this is because the drain pump has failed or is clogged so you'll get an F02 error. Remove the front panel under the washer door. (3 screws at very bottom front of the washer). In the immediate front of the washer is a big twist knob that turns counterclockwise. Make sure you have a bucket ready as there's 3-5 gallons of water waiting to rush out and greet you! Once the knob comes loose, give it a gentle pull and it will come out with its attached filter. You'll typically find change, small socks, Shout Color sheets, etc. Get all out and reach in with your fingers to the right. There's a small drain hole there where the pump impeller is. Make sure its clean and free moving. Reassemble the knob/filter and see if you're fixed. If it repeats the error, your drain pump is bad. If you look at most sites, they talk about an ASKOLL M75 pump. Whirlpool only sells the full pump and housing assembly and it will cost you between $95 and $200. It is listed as part # 280187. The same motor is available for GE models as the WH23X10013 and I've found it as cheap as $19 !!! Now of course, all you get is the motor and not the full drain assembly, but it's the part that failed, not the drain assembly! Save your money folks! The GE motor mentioned above will work but minor modifications will be needed to connect the power (remove the orig plug and attach new plugs and/or solder to motor assembly). I just did this myself and yes, saved big time over the original pump from ASKOLL. :)
