Depends on year. 93-97 the SS was VERY VERYslightlyfaster but a CAI on the z28 negates that advantage quite easily.
98-02 there was ZERO differencesin the performance of a Z28 vs SS.
2010+ The RS is a 6 cylinder car and the SS is the 8 cylinder performance version. In these years the SS will blow the doors off an RS.
