Flex Oil is a service provider in business for safe recycling of oils, oil filters, and antifreeze. The Texas Commission on Environment Quality and the EPA licensed the Flex Oil company.
There are 2 different services on your model vehicle a "Flex a" service and a "flex b" service. they are done in rotating 10k miles intervals eg: 10,000 miles flex a 20,000 miles flex b 30,000 flex a 40,000 flex b and so on... The flex a is basically a glorified oil change, fluid check and tire pressure check. The Flex b is the Oil change, tire rotation, belts, brakes, fluid and hoses check and every 2 years you should be doing a brake and coolant fluid flush. Dealership prices vary, but the flex a usually runs about $275.00 the Flex B ususally runs about $475.00

The regular flex is a stiffer flex than the mid flex. A regular flex is comparable to an 85 flex. The mid flex is closer to a 75 flex.
It uses 5W-30 - at least the non-flex fuel version does.
It's on the passenger side of the oil pan. It's not on the bottom but on the side near the rear of the pan.
If your Croc is free of dirt, dust, oil, etc., Enamel Paint will work just fine if you have a flex agent mixed in as well, the flex agent allows the paint to bend with out cracking.
