Griffin does not have a Green Heart Event. He only has four; Black Heart Event, Purple Heart Event, Blue Heart Event, and a Yellow Heart Event.
So you will have to raise his Heart Color once more before you can get the next Heart Event. Once you do get a Yellow Heart with him here is how to get the Event:
Yellow Heart Event:
» Walk from Your Farm to the Main Pathway
» 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, not Wednesday, sunny day
» Griffin has a yellow heart color or higher
» You have seen the black, purple, and blue heart events
There is also no Orange or Red Heart Event. The Yellow is the last one.
