Health and safety is a very important role in a job as it is very important that they keep to regulations so the business doesn't get closed down. Also health and safety protects the employees and the employers and tries to keep everyone safe. Health and safety is one of the tools that you have in making sure that a company achieves success. You can't get a good production if employees are getting sick and getting hurt all the time.
