Disconnect battery. Remove air bag. Remove bolt holding steering wheel to column. Use a steering wheel puller to remove wheel from column.
PROPERLY remove air bag (if equipt), then remove nut holding steering wheel on and then use a steering wheel puller to remove it.

Disconnect the bag harness. Remove the center steering wheel nut. Using the puller remove the steering wheel. Installation is reversed to removal.
