Best thing for it is: 1. A large bowl of hot water (boiled) that you lean over and put a towel over your head (to keep the heat in) and then breathe in the steam. This will clear your nostrils. 2. A cup of hot water with a slice of ginger and some honey in it. Works miracles for your throat. 3. Lots of orangejuice! The vitamin C's are good to build up your immunesystem when it's low. 4. Vitamins or vitamin-rich food. (fruits, vegetables). 5. Keep warm.

Dr.Ramzi Saleh's 5 rules of clenliness1.The 5-second rule is fake. Food that has been on the floor for a fraction of a second is unimanginably filthy.2.Everything is dirty. 1 minute after washing your hands and they are just as dirty if you touched anything.3.Don't trust anyone. They probably didn't read these rules, so don't share food with them, especially a cereal box. You know how people put their hands in the box....4.Be careful when you wash your hands. Use your elbow to turn off the water because people touch the valve.5.Drink 1 cup of orangejuice daily. It has a DAY'S worth of vitaminC to strenghthen your immune system if germs do get insideTHE GOLDEN RULENever break these rules. If germs get in your body, they cold be a serious disease.
It contains sugar that will cause your teeth to decay. The sugar also provides calories that are not useful to your body. It is very easy to drink a lot of calories in a short amount of time. If the soda contains an artificial sugar, in my opinion, it is even more detrimental. Artificial sugar is made with chemicals. There maybe no calories, but the addition of a non natural material into your body is not a good thing in my book. There are other alternatives to softdrinks if you have a sweet tooth. You can make a healthier version by adding a natural fruit juice, with real vitamins, like orangejuice and a seltzer. white grape juice is a healthy juice, as well as pomagrante. I have cut out drinking softdrinks for a year now, and have lost 10 pounds. I was drinking a can of regular soda, just a can a day. I now drink iced green tea. I find it is tastier than plain water, and it provides me with antioxicidents.
Ingredients1 c Unsalted butter; softened1 2/3 c Sugar2 c All-purpose flour1 ts Baking powder1/4 ts Salt1/4 c Grand marnier liqueur1 tb Grated orange zest5 Eggs12 oz Chocolate mini-chipsGlaze: 1/4 c Freshly squeezed orangejuice 1/4 c Grand marnier1/4 c SugarCAKE: Preheat the oven to 350. Generously butter a 10-inch (9- cup) fluted tube pan; then sprinkle it with flour, tapping out the excess. Set aside. In a large bowl with the electric mixer on high speed, beat the butter until creamy. Gradually beat in the sugar and continue beating until the mixture is light and fluffy. Turn the mixer speed to low. Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat just until the flour is absorbed. Beat in the Grand Marnier and orange zest. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add mini-chips. Spread the batter in the prepared pan, smoothing the top even. Bake until the cake shrinks from the side of the pan and a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean, about 1 hour and 5 minutes (maybe less). Let stand in the pan on a wiere rack for 10 minutes, then carefully unmold the cake onto a second rack placed over a piece of wax paper or aluminum foil. GLAZE: Meanwhile, combine the orange juice, Grand Marnier, and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over moderate heat. Lower the heat and simmer until the mixture forms a light syrup, about 5 minutes. Then brush the syrup all over the warm cake. When it is cool, transfer it to a serving plate. Susan Argyelan
