DT466 is an inline six cylinder diesel motor manufactured by Navistar International. It's a 7.6 litre (466 cubic inch) motor, rated between 210 and 300 horsepower. It was superseded by the DT466E in 1994, which introduced electronic controls to the motor, although the badges on the side of International vehicles did not reflect this change, and still simply said "DT466".
As of 2007, the DT466 was redesigned to meet the 2007 emissions regulations, and is now produced and marketed as the MaxxForce DT.

I have the DT466 in a 24' van. Use it lightly loaded, normally about 8000 pounds tops, and we get 9 MPG.
It takes 15 quarts of 15W40 diesel oil I highly recommend Rotella 15W40

Navistar International typically uses either their own DT466 motor, or a Cummins B Series inline six was optional.
nothing
Depends on what engine it has. IIRC, that model could be had with the DT466, DT530, Cummins 6BT, Cat 3116, or Cat 3126 engine.
The oil capacity for International 4300 dt466 from 1994 to current hold 30 quarts with filter. Those made before 1994 have smaller engines with the capacity to hold less oil.
International DT360 engines have mechanical fuel pumps. They have a hand priming pump on it. It looks like a knob with a hole in it. Find that, unscrew the knob so it'll pump up and down, stick your thumb over the hole and pump it until it gets hard to pump--ten times or so. Then screw the knob back in and try starting the engine. These engines apparently lose prime easy so they gave you an easy way to get it back. Oh, and make sure you have a DT360 fuel filter on the engine and NOT a DT466 filter--the fuel pump on a DT466 can force fuel through a finer filter than the one on a DT360. If you have a DT466 filter on your truck the thing won't run no matter what you do, and the bad part is the DT360 and DT466 filters are the same size.
