It just means that your truck needs to be realigned.
The left brake caliper or left front brake hose is seized/restricted and needs replaced.
You most likely have a bad brake caliper on the side that it pulls to.
it could be your brakes? does it go to the right when you press the brake, if so then you should release the air from the right brake, if not maybe your allignment is not good.
I replaced the front brakes on my 92 camaro, it still pulls hard right when u hit the brakes??
You have something wrong with the drivers side front brake. It is not working that's why it pulls to the right. Could be a bad rubber brake line that's not letting fluid through when brakes are applyed. A sticking brake cailber can cause this also. Pull front wheel and check things out.
If it only pulls slightly it could be that your your tire pressures are to high on one side an to low on the other, or the wheel alignment is out of track. If it is severe, one of your front brakes is not functioning properly (if it pulls to the left it would be the right brakes that are faulty and vice versa).
A vehicle that pulls to one side or the other side likely needs an alignment.
If front brakes are working properly - no frozen caliper or restricted brake lines with proper fluid flow to caliper - try check rear brake and parking adjustments to make sure they are not dragging and operating
Could be a frozen brake caliper (opposite side) Could be rear brakes are not adjusted properly
Something is obviously wrong with the right rear brakes. Have a trusted mechanic inspect the brakes NOW before you hurt someone or worse.
