Ofterntimes they are written in a sort of shorthand, or 'jargon' which means something only to the person who wrote it.However - it APPEARS that the defendant MAY have originally been charged with multiple offenses, and the Grand Jury rolled them all into one charge and dismissed the others. The fact that the notation says grand jury indictment indicates that the defendant has been charged with SOMETHING.
