I found an Internet site which says how to program the keyless entry remote. But there is an error: this procedure is good for Elantra 2001 to 2003. Elantra 2004 must be programmed by the dealer. http://car.justanswer.com/hyundai/n1kw-program-remote-entry-hyundai-2004
you need to take it to a dealer or repair shop because you have to do it using a computer.
As much as you don't want to hear this, the only way to program a key less entry remote for a 2004 tibby is to take both key fobs and the car to the dealer. Don't shoot the messenger.
