There are a lot of ways, but one that I do know, I've done it myself, is Permanent Juggernog. Tutorial: Start zombies, solo,(Not sure if it works on local) origonol mode on tranzit. Buy quick revive, then let a zombie kill you. Then when you get back up, let the zombie kill you again (Does not have to be the same zombie). The game will end, you will die, it will be game over. But you will see a green light flash. That means the perma juggernog is active, you can lose these. I dont know how you lose them though. Perma Juggernog is not as strong as the one you normally buy
