To produce clean electricity without depleting the world's stores of fossil fuels (coal, oil natural gas) and so without producing greenhouse gases (like CO2, Methane, etc). However, (and wind turbines are a particular example of this), renewable resources generally don't produce enough energy to power countries without the help of fossil fuelled stations. Another interesting point, contrary to popular belief nuclear power is NOT a renewable resource. Mainly because it requires uranium 235 as fuel, which has to be extracted from the ground, when there is only a finite reserve. Also it DOES produce CO2 in the mining of uranium ore, and the processing of it into useable fuel.
they never run out, ands they don't cause pollution. also, economically, they are cheaper in the long run.
they are renewable and non-renewable resources.
Natural resources can be renewable and non-renewable.
there are three main kinds of energy. these are renewable, nonrenewable, and inexhaustible. renewable resources are resources that can be replaced over time. non renewable resources are resources that can not be replaced in a reasonable time. inexhaustible resources are resources that are constantly produced.
Eggs are renewable resources.
Gold is a non renewable resources
renewable resources
Renewable energy is Geothermal energy Solar energy Wind energy Hydro energy
Geothermal Resources are renewable resources.
Natural resorces is divided in to two renewable and non-renewable .renewable is when it can reproduce but in time.non-renewable it cant.if you waist all of non-renewable. We wodent have nothing.
Resources become renewable by recycling.
The solar and wind energy are renewable resources. This is an example using the phrase renewable resources.
Canada's non renewable natural resources are things such as: coal, uranium, oil, natural gas and copper. Those are Canada's main non renewable items, but they are also considered as a natural resource.
