This is hard to answer, because there is no industry standard for what a 'generation' is. It is entirely subjective. You will need to define a 'generation' before a comparison is given. IE, there are 3 generations of AMD Phenom II processor, and over 70 generations of AMD processors. There are five major generations in processor bitrate. There are over 400 generations of individual progressments in major computer technology. There are nearly 50 different generations of individual architecture design.
It means that with each so-called "generation", there was a major breakthrough in computers. Terms such as "fourth generation" or "fifth generation" are not clearly defined, especially for the later generations.
the transistor is on the second generations
the major features of second generation computer are :transistors were used as a memory deviceprocessing speed was measured in microsecond
six generation is a network bandwith
Six generation of computer
Mostly the machines got smaller and more reliable as transistors replaced vacuum tubes.
importance of computer
the mouse of computer.
edvac is an exmple of whic generation computer ?
2ng generation. It used transistors and magnetic core memory
Fourth Generation
