This is called Celiac's Disease.
Malabsorption Syndrome is caused by the body's inability to absorb nutrients from foods. This abnormality can cause a number of health issues. It can affect the gastrointestinal system, causing gas and cramping, which can lead to diarrhea and constipation. It can cause vomiting and weight loss; it can also cause a condition called "failure to thrive." Most digestion takes place in the small intestine, during which nutrients are absorbed by the body bloodstream. If the intestine is injured or diseased (inherited diseases/disorder, genetic damage), it can cause or lead to the body's inability to metabolize food or parts of foods, in varying degrees from mild to serious, acute to chronic. Malabsorption syndrome generally inhibits the body's ability to metabolize certain fats, proteins, sugars/carbohydrates, minerals, and/or vitamins.Diagnoses and treatment requires medical attention, laboratory testing, and monitoring of the condition. Malabsorption syndrome can affect anyone at any age, including at birth. There are a broad range of disorders and diseases that can cause Malabsorption issues, food allergies; Celiac disease; Coeliac disease; Crohn's disease; Cystic Fibrosis; Fructose Malabsorption disorder or Glucose-Galactose Malabsorption disorder; Gluten Enteropathy; Imerslund-Grasbeck syndrome; Inflammatory Bowel disease; Lactose/Dairy Intolerance; Pancreatic Insufficiency or small- bowel mucosal abnormalities/disorders; Chronic Pancreatitis; Short Bowel syndrome; Whipple's disease…
There is a common condition called Irritable Bowel Syndrome which can lead to frequent diarrhea, also swings between diarrhea and constipation. Other conditions such as food intolerances could also be causing frequent diarrhea. These can include fructose and lactose malabsorption or gluten intolerance. Stress and illnesses can also play a role in diarrhea.
Yes, although diets very high in high fructose cornsyrup has been linked to liver disease and should not be consumed by people with fructose intolerance and in only exceedingly small amounts by people with fructose malabsorption. Since many people with fructose malabsorption who become lactose intolerant can have Celiacs disease, I thought that tidbit was worth mentioning XD.
Sprue-- A disorder of impaired absorption of nutrients from the diet by the small intestine (malabsorption), resulting in malnutrition. celiac sprue.occurs more widely and is due to sensitivity to the wheat protein gluten.

Gluten free means that the product doesn't contain gluten which is a component of most grains. Gluten has recently been found to cause a allergic reaction in some people.

Yes. Wheat flour has gluten in it. Many people who can't tolerate gluten, can not eat products containing wheat. That includes white flour. Technically, most flours have gluten in them, but flours containing wheat, barley, rye, kamut, spelt, or triticale have a special kind of gluten that causes the negative reaction in people with gluten intolerance or celiac disease. For example, corn has its own form of gluten that does not contain the same chemicals that cause the reaction in celiac patients.
The gluten in wheat causes various digestive diseases. Gluten intolerance leads to celiac disease and irritable bowel syndrome among other problems.
Worst case scenario is probably severe malabsorption (malnutrition) or intestinal lymphoma. Best case is probably that you will probably make yourself sick a lot for no good reason.
