Two scrambled eggs usually come in at around 140 calories so that is pretty healthy. As for the rest it's difficult to say as it all depends on the type of bread and cheese you used. Of course a sprinkle of cheese is fine, but a ton of cheese is not. Providing that you used wholemeal brown bread, low fat margarine and a sprinkle of cheese I'd say no more than 350 - 400 calories.
The directions on the packaging for Kraft macaroni and cheese call for 1/4 cup of milk and a 1/4 cup of margarine. There are alternate instructions which use less margarine. There are no suggestions for milk substitutes.
Yes it can. Some better varieties may even cook better.
Not often. Cheese is high in saturated fat, and the butter/margarine used on the bread is high in saturated and trans fats.
all that with margarine on the bread would be lovely xx
The cheese contains proteins which help to add structure to the product. Usually flour will provide the majority of the structure of a cake (since it contains gluten, a protein), but in a cheesecake, there is less flour due to the addition of cheese. Additionally the cheese adds a unique texture and flavor. It wouldn't be a cheesecake without cheese.
