no there isn't i looked it up on ask.com and it says nothing about opposite sex children sharing a bedroom being illeagal.

The basic rule that there is one or two adults or children 11 or above of the same gender per bedroom. One child of under the age of two may share the bedroom with the adults of up to two. No more than four small children of less than 10 years of age per bedroom.

i think it's better to have your own bedroom than to share one , but it would be better to have a big bedrrom !
