Je t'adore and je t'aime are both correct. Both are appropriate and in fact there is little difference. That difference isn't really in the strength of the feeling, but in the emphasis. Je t'adore seems more passionate, but also can be perceived (or not...) as an excessive or somewhat maudlin love declaration.
Je t'aime means "I love you" or "I like you"
Je t'aime means 'I love you'

J'adore or je taime
