"Lonesome Dave" Peverett typically played one of several versions of the venerable Gibson Les Paul Junior, usually either the single-cutaway version in a sunburst finish, or the double-cut version in the Heritage Cherry finish over the Honduran Mahogany. He also played a rather strange (non-Gibson) aluminum guitar from time to time.

I take it you are referring to the one in the Venus video?...If so it is a Fender Telecaster, sunburst finish. The bassist is playing a fender precision bass.

it is a finish standard of valve flanges
They never did so. They didn't finish the transition to metric in the first place. By the way, metric IS the standard. Feet, etc. is non-standard.
About $100. Where do I send the payment? Hey "TheDeuce": Upon finding a few more sites to do research on, we are well aware that $100 is not the correct answer. Thanks for reminding me that real answers require investigaton and there are some people who are not nearly as trustworthy as they should be Aww, c'mon, I'm just having a little fun. Be realistic, how can anyone give a spot-on appraisal without seeing the instrument? You don't mention which model, nor which pickups, nor the condition of the finish, frets and feel. Glad to know you researched several sites to get a general idea of what your instrument could be worth. :)
