Be realistic, how can anyone give a spot-on appraisal without seeing the instrument? You don't mention which model, nor which pickups, nor the condition of the finish, frets and feel. Glad to know you researched several sites to get a general idea of what your instrument could be worth. :)
Last time i checked with gibson mine was worth 4,000 1989 Lespaul standard sunburst... I payed $1,300 back in 1989
