In Hindu religion there are many different sects formed in past and of them there are 14 special group known as Akhada. Although akhada is a word use for the place where two or more people fight (a ring), but here it is used for people who devote their life for the name of God. Out of these one of the famous and biggest in number and power is NIRMOHI AKHADA. Word Nirmohi means people who did not have to do anything with worldly things and are non-materialistic. Those who only devotee themselves to server for GOD. Member of Akhada's are kind of holy people known as Sadhu and wear saffron color clothes and many of them also keep sword with them as a sign of the group. Nirmohi Akhada came under light when they legally claim the possession of a most disputed land of India i.e. Babri Mosque as claimed by Muslims, before the 1940s, the mosque was called Masjid-i-Janmasthan ("mosque of the birthplace") acknowledging the site as the birthplace of the Hindu deity, Lord Rama. Ram Janam Bhoomi as claimed by Hindus. The story of this place is that Hindu believe that the Place in Ayodhya a city in India is the birth place of their deity Lord RAM and so called Ram Janam Bhoomi (janam means birth and bhoomi means place). Now it was to believe by Hindus that in year 1524-68 Babar a Mughal king, attack India and when he captured the Ayodhya, his vice roy destroy the Mandir (temple) and build the mosque. In year 1854 the first fight for the place take place between Hindu and Muslims under British rule. Now the fight was although between two different religion, but this private or isolated sect known as Nirmohi Akhada start claim their right on the place for which they suit the case in 1885, which was dismissed by the then court under British government. In 1989, Nirmohi Akhada, The Sunni Waqf Board (a religious Muslim board in India) representing Muslim community and Ram Janam Bhoomi Samiti (representer of Hindu community) these three parties file the case in Allahabad High court. In 1992, on Dec 6 Babri Mosque was destroyed when a political rally developed into a riot involving 150,000 people. Which cause very serious riots in all over the country and results in destruction of property and loss of many lives. In the mean time, the government of India issue a commission on the riots and also set a committee of ASI (Archeological survey of India) to find out the truth behind the place. Archaeological excavations by the (ASI) in 1970, 1992 and 2003 in and around the disputed site have indicated a large Hindu complex existed on the site. The Special Bench of the Allahabad high court has pronounced the verdict on the Ayodhya title suit at 3.30 pm on Thursday, September 30. In the verdict that came from three judges from the high court, it is stated that the Land will divided in three equal parts and will be distributed in the three parties from which area named Sita Rasoi and Ram Chabutra specially will go to Nirmohi Akhada, and the central part will go to RAM JANAM BHOOMI SAMITI. Although the two parties, nirmohi akhada and sunni waqf board refuse to take the decision and planning to go to Supreme Court of India to again file the case. POLITICAL ISSUE: In India many political parties and groups try to take benefits of this issue for their personal use and pursues, which cause a lot of inequality and fear in common people, also because of this particular dispute, India has had faced many riots and destructions. During election time besides of poverty, education standard, development. The Ram janam bhoomi-babri masque dispute is the most heating issue and causing lots of misbalance in society from last 60 years.
