Trouble code P0301 means:Cylinder 1 misfire detected
Trouble code P0118 means:Engine coolant temperature circuit high input
Trouble code P1491 means: Radiator fan relay control circuit
Trouble code P0121 means: Throttle Position Sensor Voltage Does Not Agree With Map Sensor
An OBD1 type vehicle is not compatible with an OBD2 code scanner. You'll need to get the proper code scanner for your vehicle.

The 1995 Dodge Intrepid does not have and ODB2 port, the Intrepids didn't introduce ODB2 until 1996.
po 401 is egr flow insufficient detected replace the dpfe. fords are notorious for throwing the 0401 on a bad dpfe (egr sensor) also check for blockage in all your vacum hoses and egr passages. good luck, mb
THE LIGHTER AND ODB2 USE THE SAME FUSE. CHECK TO SEE THAT THE FUSE IS NOT BLOWN.
Possible causes are: Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor harness wiring is disconnected or shorted out. The Sensor may also be defective.
On the left side of the driver just above the foot brake pedal about 2 inches inside the dash cover. It may have a black cover on it saying ODB2
Could be many reasons. If there is an check engine light, have the code pulled with a ODB2 scanner from any local garage. Reference that code with what it means and you have a better idea where to look to solve the problem.
