But with a real red colour there are no commonly used names that are single words, real red heads and black heads are left out from the blondes, brunettes and the such. But, there is always a chance they might have a name for the colour in another language, in German someone with black hair could be called schwartz(of course from the brand schwartzkopf - kopf meaning head), although red in German would be rott(pronounced rort) which doesn't sound appealing, so maybe find something in another language like french.
