stimultesthe bodys nervous system to make you more alert
Internally it is the Nervous System. Externally it is the Sensory system (touch, sight, smell, taste, hearing) and the voice.
The body's speedy electrochemical information system is called the nervous system. It consists of the brain, spinal cord, and network of nerves that transmit signals between different parts of the body to coordinate movement, sensation, and other functions.
The nervous system is responsible for determining the body's immediate response to the heat. It also is responsible for determining the body's immediate response to the cold.
Cancerous cells.
The frequency of the heartbeat is modified by the autonomic nervous system in response to the body's needs. For example, during exercise, the sympathetic nervous system increases heart rate to deliver more oxygen and nutrients to muscles. Conversely, during rest, the parasympathetic nervous system slows down the heart rate to conserve energy.
Alright, buckle up buttercup. The two main divisions of the nervous system are the central nervous system (CNS) and the peripheral nervous system (PNS). The CNS is made up of the brain and spinal cord, while the PNS consists of all the nerves outside of the CNS. So there you have it, the dynamic duo of the nervous system.
The nervous system is responsible for gathering and interpreting information about the body's internal and external environments. It consists of the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) and the peripheral nervous system, which includes sensory neurons that detect stimuli and motor neurons that respond to them. This system processes sensory information, allowing the body to react appropriately to changes in its surroundings and maintain homeostasis.
Cardiovascular
The NERVOUS SYSTEM. It can send signals along the physical network of specialized tissues. Getting a message from the nervous system is like getting your email through your computer connected to a high speed cable. These messages arrive very fast. The NERVOUS controls your heart rate, breathing and reflexes.--JMAR14--
