I don't understand what "favorite" is supposed to mean in this context. Oxygen is highly electronegative and will preferentially combine with the least electronegative element available, but that's not really a matter of "favorite", it's a matter of energetics.
Hydrogen, to form water.
Oxygens Atomic Mass is 16.0
There are 3 oxygens
There are no Oxygen in the Phosphides
There is one potassium, one chlorine and three oxygens in KClO3

O2
Oxygen is an element. And it is found as a gas in the atmosphere as a diatomic molecule of two oxygens (O2).
element. But most elements can also be compounds. For example, oxygen is the name of an element, but two oxygens bonded together are also called oxygen, and are a compound.
Oxygens Atomic Mass is 16.0
The number of protons in an atom of an element is equal to the number of electrons in that atom which is equal to that element's atomic number.
Carbon
The Fifth Element
Glucose is C6H12O6. So there are 6 carbons (C), 12 hydrogens (H) and 6 oxygens (O).
