A diaphragm is normally used in a fuel pump. The fuel pump can either be integrated with the carburetor or a separate unit. However, most lawn movers use a gravity feed system and do not need one. Lawn tractors frequently use them if the fuel tank is under the seat.

if it is petrol you might of ran out of petrol if not and its electrical then im not sure sorry
