It is a scam pulled by qwest call center employees, they sign you up for it for free for a few months, and then they charge you $15 a month for @Ease, which is supposedly for online backups and having a PC maintenance service. None of which I agreed to be added to my account. Each call center employee gets $2 per subscriber that is signed up past 90 days.
