Racism is when a large group of people different skinned than the third party makes fun about how they look(ex." your skin is so black!)

Racism is expressing the belief that race SHOULD BE a major factor in making decisions outside the family and home - in employment, justice, politics, housing, taxes, etc.

Racism is never a thought process, it must be CONDUCT or we can't fairly guess or mind-read what motivated a decision.
