The recommended pressure size is 35 PSI, per Ford. However, it depends whether or not you are hauling. If so, your PSI should be no less than 40. I have the same setup (F150 with same tires). I personally keep my tires right at 40 for better brake response and better miles/gallon. Just stay somewhere in between 35 and 44 PSI and you should be fine.
Air up your tires~!
It is your Tire Pressure Monitor that comes on when one or more tires are not inflated to the factory recommended pressure.
