Napolean Bonaparte was remarkable in that he conquered almost all of Europe and did it within fourteen years, he also came to be a dictator or emporerer legally. then after he was exiled he came back to France and tried to lead again, this period was known as the 100 days becasue that was all he lasted for before he was exiled again. Because of Napolean a congress needed to be made this congress was called the congress of Vienna. they recreated Europes boundaries. and Metternich who was the leaderof Italy and of this congress forgot to take into consideration of nationalism which can be a fator all the way to WWl
