Most likely you would need to not only have a degree, but a degree in a specialized field that's in demand; you normally can't get a work visa to come to the US and flip Hamburgers or pick cotton (there are some exceptions for people from certain countries, but I don't think Pakistan is one of them).
You don't get a work visa to come look for a job; you need to be sponsored by a company who's basically saying "We want this specific person (you) to come work for us; please give him a work visa."
You will almost certainly have to have an interview.
