BTU input / Developed lenght of piping and fitting , speific graviety of the fuel being used LPG /natural Requirements of the appliances
Pipe that meets the requirements of sour gas service per NACE MR0175.
What is the BTU requirements as not all stoves use the same
Need more info to give correct pipe size. Gas company, plumber/pipefitter, or HVAC contractor should be able to assist with sizing.
Orange pipe is for natural gas.
You will need a copy of the International Fuel Gas Code to start with. Turn to table 402.2 to get the BTU ratings for the appliances being installed, then turn to section 402.4 for the formulas to calculate your demand in cubic feet per hour, then turn to tables 402.4 (1-33) and choose the pipe material you want to use, the design pressure, and length of pipe to find the pipe size.
That would depend on the developed length and the local code and the specific graviety of the gas

You need to determine the: gas heater size for the specific pool/spa (with spa use no less than 400,000 BTU). ( how fast do you want the spa to heat to temp?) length of the gas run from the gas meter to the heater pad. size of the gas meter size of the gas pipe at a minimum. Ken
I don't know what the NEC - OR 2011 is. Is that a code book for the state of Oregon? The NEC does not allow using a gas pipe as a grounding electrode. You run the risk of heating the gas to explosive temperatures.
