first id check the fuse if that's ok there should be a switch at the top of the brake pedal so when u press the brake the switch opens and brake lights work this is adjustable and may need adjusting failing that it could need replacing. Also be sure all of your brake light bulbs are not burned out. This can happen with any car (and happens fairly often).
They are two seperate circuits. Check the fuses and the bulbs.
Just check your brake lite switch which is located at the brake pedal the switch might be broken that is why your brake lite is always on.
Signal lights staying on withot flashing indicates either front or rear signal bulb not working on the Audi
Bulbs burned out?
sound silly but make sure your brake lights are all working ive had this problem before its some sort of safety feature
It's an yellow warning indicator lamp. It lights when brake pads are weared. Now it's time to replace the used brake pads!
Turn your indicator switch to left/right and the parking light will come on for that side.
ensure that the indicator stalk is set in the middle when you turn off the ignition.
