Any regional manager in a pharmaceutical company does a great deal of work and is responsible for many people working directly under him. He is in direct collaboration with other departments and thinks of different ways and methods to improve sales and activities. Questions asked by customers are also answered by the regional manager. This position is of utmost importance because all of the work done in that region in context of that pharmaceutical company comes under the responsibility of one who is the regional manager. He would also correct customer coverage, stock list, rcpa, inventory, and doctor listings.
