Both Edward I and Philip IV expanded their empires through military conquests, with Edward focusing on England and Wales and Philip on France. They both implemented centralized administrative systems to consolidate their power and authority. Additionally, both monarchs faced conflicts with the Catholic Church over issues of taxation and independence.
Ivs did not win a specific "coveted prize" as per traditional awards. However, IVS is recognized for their innovative solutions in the field of technology and business consulting.
IVs are determined randomly. There is no way to influence IVs. However, when breeding, each parent donates the IVs for two stats, but those stats are chosen randomly.
IVs are Individual Values, which determines a Pokemon's strength at birth or in the wild. IVs are generated randomly in each stat, covering HP, Attack, Defense, Sp. Attack, Sp. Defense, and Speed and cannot be trained or changed. The total max IVs a Pokemon can have is capped at 186, adding all stats having 31 IVs each. (Maxed IVs in one stat)

Very very low.
IV's are Individual Values, and are what determine the stats of different Pokemon, specifically of members of the same species, and are the equivalent to genes. There are 6 different types of IV: one for each of the Stats, though in Generations I and II there were only 4 due to the fact that instead of the Special Defense and Special Attack stats there was only the Special stat, and the HP stat was determined from the values of the Defense, Attack, Speed and Special IVs. Gender is also detmined by IVs, with Males having higher IVs and Females having lower IVs. IVs also detemine the type of Hidden Power a Pokemon will be able to use. A Pokemon will only be "Shiny" if it's IVs are of certain values, and because of this, are only capable of using Hidden Powers of either the Grass-type or the Dragon-type.
