IT'S HP IS 768576857685768576589675867586 AT LEVEL 47. hA i got u.AnswerI assume you are referring to an untrained palkia. A Pokemon's stats just after it has been caught are determined by what is known as individual values (IV's) At level 100 these values have a range of 0-31 IV's for every stat - 0 IV's meaning it will have 31 points less in a stat than an equivalent Pokemon with 31 IV's in a stat. I do not know the specific formula for calculating a stat based on a Pokemon's IV's at a particular level but according to the stat calculator found at http://Pokemon.marriland.com a level 47 palkia cannot have less than 141 HP and no more than 156 HP.
just evolve chansey and give it a lot of hp ups, easy.
brick break
To evolve a Pichu you need to make it very happy and then you make it gain a lvl. and it evolves then. To make it happy I suggest that you give it many stat boosters lige HP up and protein. Another way that I used on my lvl. 1 Pichu is to take many of those berrys that makes your Pokemon happier but lowers a stat like the tomato berry. Since it´s low level it wont get affected by the stat lowering after giving it one once and therfore it´s a win, win situation after feeding it the first berry. Hope it helped you ;)

IVs are Individual Values, which determines a Pokemon's strength at birth or in the wild. IVs are generated randomly in each stat, covering HP, Attack, Defense, Sp. Attack, Sp. Defense, and Speed and cannot be trained or changed. The total max IVs a Pokemon can have is capped at 186, adding all stats having 31 IVs each. (Maxed IVs in one stat)
EVs are Effort Value points. Each pokemon you battle gives certain EVs. IVs are Individual Value points. A pokemon will have a random number between 1-31 indicating how much growth each stat will have.
Pokemon IV's (Individual Values) are a hidden in game number that the game randomly assigns to a pokemon's stats. The maximum IV for each stat is 31 and the minimum is 0.
Some Pokemon can have that much IV's when bred.
IV's are short for Individual Values. I don't feel like explaining, and this is a much thorougher explanation, http://www.serebii.net/games/ivs.shtml. You should use Serebii for all your Pokemon issues.
The maximum IV in one stat is 31.
Pokesavs aren't very fair at all, because it makes the hard work and effort people put in useless. But if you want to use Pokesavs anyway, your best bet is to pick two or three stats and make them 31, the rest should be random, but somewhat lower numbers. I breed pokemon for perfect IVs, and have only ever gotten one. I've bred many with perfect IVs missing only one stat, the most important ones. Anyway, my words are, two to three, SOMETIMES four stats are okay for 31 IVs and it is fair. Any more than that you have a VERY high advantage over Breeders/Old Fashion users. :) Good gaming to you!
by maxing out its Individual values ( 31 for each stat), Effort values ( 255 for each stat) use tool hack to do that
IV's have been in every game since Gold/Silver. It means Individual Values, and can range from 0 to 31. Basically, every Pokemon, from the moment you see it, has a set number of IV's (0-31) in each stat. there is nothing you can do to change these. What the IV's do is every IV becomes one point in that stat, by Lv.100.
Carbos is a stat enhancing item that can be used to increase the Speed stat of the pokemon you use it on. Note that occassionally the item may not affect the stat the first time it's used. Look at your pokemon's Speed stat and write it down (let's say its 30). Use the Carbos then look at the Speed stat again. If it's now 31 the item has worked. If not you may need to try using another. Every pokemon's growth is different so these items can affect each differently. Occasionally the item may increase the stats by more than one.

If Jirachi has a Caractersitic that hinders HP growth per level (i.e. Highly Curious), defeats Pokemon that don't yield HP EV's* (i.e. Tailow), and doesn't have 31 IV's** for HP, then its HP at level 100 will be 310. If Jirachi has a Characteristic that promotes HP growth per level (i. e. Often Dozes Off), defeats Pokemon that do yield HP EV's (i.e. Slakoth), and does have 31 IV's for HP, then its HP at level 100 will be 404. *Each stat (i.e. HP) is allowed only a maximum of 255 Effort Value/(points) **Each stat (i.e. HP) is allowed only a maximum of 31 Individual Values/(points) and these values are randomly generated when you encounter the Pokemon. There are IV calculators on several Pokemon fan-sites (
