Skipping breakfast is a very bad thing to do as it confuses you're body's natural cycle. Skipping breakfast is probably something you're body is not used to, so if you do skip breakfast you're body will think you are fasting and start to store fat (this is bad). You need a good breakfast to give you energy throughout the day and prevent you from constant snacking. Having a balanced breakfast everyday will keep you healthy and feeling good.(breakfast means to break you're overnight fast) ... you have to do it !!! :)
