social work is a very hard working job.you must be well able for all different aspects of life and be trustworthy.

Social workers help people achieve what they want to in life. They do not tell people what to do; they provide resources according to what the client wants. Social workers cannot discriminate against any person based on race, religion, Immigration status, sexual orientation, gender, and much more. Basically, they cannot discriminate. They should be involved politcally to illiminate social injustices.
