Well I have never been overwight so Im not sure of what exactly to do, but for starters, watch what you eat,and read the labels of everything you buy to look at the calories. Cut back on soda if you drink it. Go running,swim laps,and go to a gym and work out and drink lots of water......I heard that eating a little snack like every 3 hours helps alot to, im not sure how but that's what I have read before.....and last but not least NEVER I mean NEVER eat after 6 or 7pm.
