Why labor supplay of skill is more elastic than un skill labor?

unskilled labour is a single category of persons and they are often migrant ( internal) and it is harder to track or create a database for them, wages are also lower and some unskilled person seek to upgrade their skills to earn a higher wage or be more in demand. this makes the supply of unskilled persons harder to manage or source. skilled person hold a variety of skills and there are several permutations within each rank and they can be found where there is a high demand for skills and they also expand on their own skills base through employment experience ( say a trades man assistant moving up to a tradesman after some years of apprenticeship work). also more persons seek to enter into skilled work or pursue skills as it is higher earning and more sustainable.

How does load sharing in transformers happen?

For parallel operation of let's say two transformers, following limiting conditions must be met. 1- The turn ratios must be same. 2- The percentage impedance must match. 3- The X/R ratios must be same. The load sharing is done according to the kVA ratings and %Z of the transformers. The formula is as under: load taken by TF1 = ((kVA1/%Z1)/((kVA1/%Z1)+(kVA2/%Z2)))*total load Similarly, load taken by TF2 = ((kVA2/%Z2)/((kVA1/%Z1)+(kVA2/%Z2)))*total load An example will make the concept easier. For example we have to parallel a 1000kVA TF of 5%Z with another of 1200kVA having 5.5%Z to supplay a load of 800kVA. load taken by TF1= ((1000/5)/((1000/5)+(1200/5.5)))*800= 382.6kVA load taken by TF2= ((1200/5.5)/((1000/5)+(1200/5.5)))*800= 417.4kVA
