My 2004 ford explorer there isn't any vacum from the present heater control valve and the blower has been replace and the themostat has been replace and there is a clicking behind the a/c unit

Basically behind and below the glove compartment , you can see where the heater hoses connect to the heater core at the firewall from the engine compartment
I have a 2004 Ford Explorer and the heat does not work, but when i try to turn the control valve to heat it makes a clicking noise. How do i fix it?
It's the 7.5 amp fuse in the number 10 spot.
On the right side under the dash. - If it has automatic controls, If it is manual controls, it is behind the controls in the dash, the knobs connect to it.
Look behind the glove box, up under the dash.
Heater plenum is the same as the heater box and it spans the width of the passenger side dash behind the glove box. Check heatertreater.net for pictures.
why is heater on 1995 explorer lukewarm
It is located behind the dash to the left of the radio/heater controls.
The best place to get bulbs for behind the heater controls on a 2000 diesel Grand Vitara is directly from the manufacturer. An order can also be placed through a local dealer or auto parts store.
Either the linkage from the temp control unit to the valve on the heater core (which is behind the radio and temp controls) or it is the heater core itself.
