Assuming that the Blackberry curve 8320 screen size is the same as that of 8310, it would be 2.5inches diagonally. Found that bit of info here: http://www.yourmobilephonereviews.co.uk/blackberry_curve_8320_reviews.htm

The BlackBerry Curve's features include, High-resolution 320x240, pixel color display, Light-sensitive screen, User-selectable font size, Transmissive TFT LCD. The BlackBerry Curve does have WiFi, It also has a camera. BlackBerry has bluetooth too!
The call quality, bluetooth and camera are all pros of the Blackberry 8310, as well as the size and sleek design. However, there is no wifi or 3G support and it doesn't record video like some other phones do. It would be worth doing your research before investing in any smartphone as technology updates so fast.
Blackberry is a quality and professional phone, their BBM feature is a huge plus for blackberry users. all blackberry phones are good in a quality sense but i have heard problems of their internet and the size of their screen. Personally id invest in an iphone.
It is the same size but the place where the camera is different.
The BlackBerry Curve 8350i was made to be space efficient. There are no downloads available as to re-size the typing pad. Perhaps waiting for a newer BlackBerry would be an option.
The display of the Blackberry Curve 8900 has a diameter of about 2.4 inches (480 x 360 pixels). It is a TFT display that can go up to 65 thousand colors.
It varies. They hardly ever exceed 3 in. by 6 in.
The Blackberry Bold 9700 allows you to email and chat on the go, with touch screen. It also is a small size with a camera, with built in GPS and Blackberry maps, so you never get lost.
Unfortunately, the icons can not be made bigger on the Blackberry Curve. However, the font can be changed by going into the settings and choosing keyboard.
Blackberry is still synonomous with PDA. This is evident in the Blackberry Storm with its onscreen Qwerty keyboard and capable touch screen. This smart phone hasn't earned any great reviews for fun, but it is definately considered a top business phone and a top messaging phone. It has a decent 2.3 GB memory. Some consider its wider size to be a negative. However, its size also allows it to have a larger touch screen. With a five hour battery life, this Blackberry shows it can compete against the poor battery performance of some, comparably complex cell phones.
size
I don't know of a specific limit for the size of the micro sd card but do remember that this expansion card can only be used for media in the device and no application data.
