I just had mine done on a 2003 Tundra with water pump, thermostat changed plus flush of radiator fluids and other minor things connected to that entire work, and my total bill, at the Toyota dealership, was just over $1,000.
The 06 tundra has a timing belt. Toyota says to replace it and the water pump at 90,000 miles. I waited til 110,000 miles and changed it and it wasn't worn out. But if it does break it can cost you a motor.
