The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) can legally prevent food from being shipped, or order food recalls, if they detect any Listeria bacteria.

You will need to write this yourself, making the response specific to yourself and the company you are applying with. For me, I chose to apply to FSIS because I enjoy systems management and performing gross pathologic examinations.
Fsi stands for Fuel Stratified Injection, in which petrol is injected directly into the cylinders, they do better than a conventional engine with fuel injection into the intake ports, as it gives a higher output of power with less fuel usage.
In the United States, the federal and state governments play a very large role. In the meat and poultry industry, the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has on-site inspectors at every establishment to make sure only healthy animals are allowed into the food chain and that the products are safe for consumers. For all other food groups, the Food and Drug Administration inspects all facilities.
In the United States, foodborne illnesses are investigated by FSIS, FDA and CDC primarily. Other agencies, including state and local health authorities, can also become involved if the outbreak affects their jurisdiction.
Frozen cheese pizzas and frozen vegetable pizzas are produced under FDA inspection, although I don't think they are specifically approved by FDA. However, a frozen pizza with meat on it is produced under inspection by FSIS and carries no implied FDA oversight.
If you are referring to storage, keep meat at or below 40°F. If you are referring to cooking, USDA's FSIS recommends cooking chicken to an internal temperature of 165°F. If you are referring to hot holding temperature just after cooking to hold for serving, keep it at 140°F.
