Why Japanese food is healthy?
No cuisine is 100% "healthy". Without knowing which dish you are referring to specifically, I would speculate that Japanese food is healthier than other cuisines due to the portion sizes and types of food that they traditionally eat. Japanese food tends to use fresh ingredients and is heavy on the vegetables and lean protiens. Some of the things that Japanese people eat, such as wakame, nori and other sea plants are high in anti-oxidents and vitamins.
