海獺 is the kanji for 'sea otter', a kind of marine mammal. It has three readings all meaning the same. 'Rakko' and 'Umioso' and also 'Umiuso' are how it can be read but the two latter ones are old usage and rakko also written in katakana ラッコ is the more common one.
