My 98 Civic LX radiator last around 119,500 miles. When it leaks, it will smell like burn rubber and battery acid through the air vent. It showed no sign of any problem before that and can be driven for about 70 miles at freeway speed with no problem, though not recommended.

two hundred thousand miles
My Civic has 186,000 miles and still running. Just took it in to change the timing belt and water pump. Not because I had to, just because I should. My 2000 Honda Civic EX has 330,000 miles on it and it's going strong. I get 32 MPG but it leaks a little oil, about a 1/2 quart per fill up. I changed the timing belt at 240,000 but I got lucky. If it breaks it destroys the engine which I did not know.
300,000 miles or more if you take good care of it, and always change your oil.
My 2003 is 7 years old, has 135,000 miles and is still going with standard maintenance.
